KOTAA holds its annual meeting during the TRB Annual Meeting period each year. It is a time for networking among KOTAA members, activity reports, and academic presentations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Date and Time<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

KOTAA annual meeting will be held on January 11, Sunday, 6:00PM. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that on-site registration may take longer than usual due to anticipated high attendance. We encourage you to come at least 15 minutes early. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

KOTAA travel grant winners are requested to arrive by 5:00 PM<\/strong>, as the award ceremony will take place before the main meeting.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Location<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Room 102B<\/strong> on the street level of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, the TRB annual meeting venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the main entrance, walk past the TRB Annual Meeting registration booth and turn right. Room 102 will be in the corridor on your right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The location of the networking dinner after the meeting will be announced during the meeting.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Registration Fee<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Registration will be held on-site. Please pay your membership fee on-site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Membership provides annual access to job opportunities, networking events, and a complimentary dinner valued at $80 following our annual meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your contributions directly support the next generation of transportation professionals by funding travel grants for undergraduate and graduate students in both Korea and the U.S. to attend TRB and other professional development opportunities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
